Langres AOP


Langres is a soft, washed-rind cheese from the Langres plateau, made from cow’s milk. Cylindrical in shape, it can be recognized by the cavity at the top, known as the “fountain”. Its slightly wrinkled color ranges from golden yellow to reddish-brown.


Immaculately white in color, its heart has a creamy, melting texture. Iconic of the French terroir and its cheese-making tradition, Langres offers a balanced taste with subtle fruity aromas. The longer it matures, the deeper it becomes and the more melting its heart becomes.

Le Chaource AOP

Originating from the Champagne village that bears its name, Chaource is a cow’s milk cheese from the bloomy-rind soft cheese family. Under its white rind, Chaource reveals a fine, melt-in-the-mouth texture and delicious aromas of cream, hazelnut and fresh mushrooms.

Since 1996, Chaource has been a Protected Designation of Origin cheese..
