Veal Burger with Triple Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 nice slice of Triple Crème Germain
  • 1 classic bun
  • 100g ground veal patty
  • 5 to 6 morels
  • 5 to 6 green asparagus tips
  • 2 tablespoons of parsley cream

Preparation

    Grill the buns. Cut them in half and spread on the parsley cream sauce.

    Cook the hamburger in a frying pan. Over the top, add the slice of Germain Triple Cream.

    Incorporate into the bun, the asparagus tips, a few morels then the hamburger with the cheese.
