Ingredients
- 1 nice slice of Triple Crème Germain
- 1 classic bun
- 100g ground veal patty
- 5 to 6 morels
- 5 to 6 green asparagus tips
- 2 tablespoons of parsley cream
Preparation

Grill the buns. Cut them in half and spread on the parsley cream sauce.

Cook the hamburger in a frying pan. Over the top, add the slice of Germain Triple Cream.

Incorporate into the bun, the asparagus tips, a few morels then the hamburger with the cheese.
