Langres PDO chicken burger

Ingredients

  • 1 thick slice of Germain Langres PDO cheese
  • 1 rustic bun
  • 100g chicken breast
  • 2-3 Iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 2-3 slices of fried squash
  • A few roasted pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin chutney

Preparation

    Toast the bun. Cut in half and spread with pumpkin chutney.

    Fry the chicken breast in a frying pan. When it begins to brown, add a slice of Germain Langres PDO and the slices of pan-fried squash.

    Add Iceberg lettuce to the bun, followed by the chicken breast, cheese and sliced squash. Sprinkle with a few roasted pumpkin seeds.
