Goat’s cheese puff pastry with caramelized apples and walnuts

Ingredients
- 1 Germain goat's cheese
- 1 roll of puff pastry
- 1 apple
- 1 tablespoon walnut kernels
- 15 gr of butter
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 1 egg for gilding
- Salt

Heat the oven to 180°C

Roast the walnut kernels in the oven for 5 minutes. Leave to cool.

Cut a disc of puff pastry so that you can put the Crottin in the middle. Place around it some slices of apples. Gild the edge of the dough.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

Cut apple quarters. Caramelize the quarters in a pan with the

butter. Deglaze with the maple syrup, and add a pinch of salt.
