Ingredients

  • 1 Epoisses AOP Germain
  • 1 Buns
  • 100g of ground beef
  • 2 to 3 slices of bacon
  • 2 to 3 leaves of green lettuce
  • 1 Dijon mustard

Preparation

    Grill the buns. Cut them in half and spread on the Dijon mustard.

    Cook the hamburger in a frying pan. Over the top, add the bacon and a slice of Epoisses Germain PDO.

    Into the bun, incorporate the green salad, then the hamburger with the cheese and bacon.
