Baked sweet potatoes, Pico, spinach, bacon and hazelnuts

Ingredients

  • 80gr of Germain Pico
  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 250 grams of spinach
  • 100 gr of bacon
  • 2 tablespoons roasted hazelnuts
  • Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt, Pepper

Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180°C
  • 2
    Wash the sweet potatoes. Prick them with a fork.

    Brush the potatoes with olive oil, salt them lightly. Place them in a baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 1 hour.

    Grill the bacon in a pan and set aside on absorbent paper. In the same pan, Place the butter and drop the spinach leaves.

    Cut the sweet potatoes once cooked into slices. Arrange on top, the spinach, the lardons, hazelnuts and pieces of Pico

    Serve hot

Trick

Especially cook the sweet potatoes well. Ideal for a starter.
