A true regional speciality, l'Affiné au Chablis Germain cheese is made from cow’s milk. Its lightly gold-tinged rind reveals a meltingly soft and creamy centre. It gets its flavour and characteristic colour to its wash with Chablis wine. Its flavour is mild with a fresh, floral and fruity aroma.

The Concours Général Agricole, established in 1870, annually selects and honors the finest French regional products, ensuring exceptional taste. Our Affiné au Chablis was awarded a Silver Medal in 2015 for its quality.

The World Cheese Awards, the largest international cheese competition organized by the Guild of Fine Food since 1987, recognizes the best cheeses based on color, texture, and taste. Our Affiné au Chablis has been honored three times in the past three years: with a Silver Medal in 2017, a Bronze Medal in 2018, and a Gold Medal in 2022!
