a.1. If you create a user account on our Site, you will be required to provide your personal information: title, first name, last name, postal address and email address.
We process this personal data so we can provide services to you. If you choose not to provide this personal data, you will not be able to create a user account. The lawful basis for such processing is our legitimate interest to allow you to benefit from offers.

a.2. If you subscribe to our newsletter and consent to receiving messages from us, you will be asked to provide your first and last name and your email address. The processing of your email address for this purpose is based on your consent.
b. Other information we collect:
In addition to the personal data you voluntarily provide, the Site may automatically collect, process and store certain information about you:
• Device and usage information: which can include (i) specific information about the device used to access the Site (including, but not limited to, the model, operating system, IP address, language, service provider and similar information) and (ii) information on the use of the features, functions or notifications on the device, so we can recognise you and analyse trends;

The lawful basis for such processing is either the need to comply with a legal obligation incumbent on LAITERIES H. In accordance with the applicable data protection regulations, you have a right of access and a right to rectification and erasure in relation to your personal data and a right to restrict and object to processing, a right to the portability of your data and the right to give instructions relating to the retention, erasure and disclosure of your personal data after your death.

4.HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

APPENDIX: YOUR RIGHTS

 

(a) Right of access: you can request access to any personal data you have given us.
You have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data being processed.
(b) Right to rectification: You have the right to request us to rectify your personal data if it is inaccurate. Depending on the processing purposes concerned, you have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by providing an additional declaration.
(c) Right to erasure: (“right to be forgotten”): You can make a request for your personal data to be erased.
(d) Right to restrict processing: You have the right to request restricted processing of your personal data. In this case, the respective data will be marked and we will only be able to process such data for certain purposes.
(e) Right to data portability: You can obtain the personal data you have provided to us in a commonly used and machine-readable format and you have the right to transfer such data to another entity without us obstructing such transfer.
(f) Right to object: You can object to us processing your personal data at any time, for reasons relating to a particular situation or when your personal data is being processed for direct marketing purposes.
Furthermore, where this is the case, you can object to your personal data being processed for direct marketing, which includes profiling to the extent that it relates to such marketing. In this case, we will cease processing your personal data for such purposes.
