Cherry tomato, Chaource and caramelized peach tart

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Rectangular Pizza Dough
  • 100 g Chaource cheese
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 150 g heavy cream
  • 20 g tomato paste
  • 2 pinches dried oregano
  • 1 yellow peach, quartered
  • 1 tbsp rosemary honey
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

    Mix the tomato paste with the heavy cream. Season with salt, pepper and oregano.

    Arrange the cream and halved cherry tomatoes on the pizza dough. Bake for around 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.

    Meanwhile, caramelize the peach quarters in a frying pan with olive oil and honey.

    Once out of the oven, arrange the peach pieces and Chaource slices on the pizza, garnishing with fresh herbs and a few drops of olive oil.

Trick

Also very good with puff pastry. Don't forget to prick the pastry before adding the filling.
